The company has been launched to deploy advanced conversion technologies to process waste biomass feedstock into in-demand “green” products of advanced materials and renewable fuels. The client has partnered with its technology suppliers, university researchers and national laboratories to advance the product improvement pathways to convert the biochar as produced into graphene products for sale. Each product produced by the plant is ready for sale with signed, long-term, take-or-pay, off-take agreements. The manufacturing plant, to be built on 20 acres of an 80 acre industrial site in PA, will process 450 tons per day of biomass waste wood and convert, through proprietary and proven technology from this green feedstock into 7.4 million gallons per year of ultra-low sulfur, on-road renewable diesel fuel and 13,000 tons per year of biochar. Each product produced by the plant is ready for sale with signed, long-term, take-or-pay, off-take agreements. The client has received all required permits through plant start-up from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has begun construction under contract with the senior engineering, procurement and construction contractor.
