ET has developed a technology that greatly increases the power and lifespan of solar array panels; Intelligent Back Contact or IBC. In IBC the cell contacts are on the backside of the cells allowing the cells to be automatically and reliably connected to an electrically-conducted back sheet. IBC cells do not break down in high heat environments, because soldered connections aren’t used. IBC cells are superior and more reliable on wider temperature ranges than older solar cells currently in use. ET will manufacture and sell these IBC solar panels from their factory in Romania and is looking for $60M (USD) in debt funding, to set up production lines. ET has secured an LOI for 360,000 solar panels from Sonatrach, the national state-owned oil company of Algeria, amounting to $218M(USD) and has LOI’s with the Romanian Military Ministry to install IBC solar farms at Romanian and US Military bases amounting to over $150M (USD) as well as an LOI for their IBC solar street lighting product. ET has a mature, experienced management team in place and can be in production within nine months of funding.
